Michael Challen

Michael and his family moved to Perth WA when he was 3yrs and was educated at Christian Boys College in Fremantle then onto Scotch College. He is also the nephew of Perths Bishop Challen. Michael briefly attended Claremont School of Arts before embarking on a sailing adventure up the WA coast. On returning Michael took up painting full time with his studio the great outdoors. He much preferred the outdoors.Michael's works have often been discribed as soul-scapes.
